There are tons of workouts built in that don't require anything but your grit and a little bit of space. The developers thought of everything, so very detailed instructions are included along with demos, and even the timer for the workouts is built into the app. And the workouts themselves are tremendous. Incredibly effective! I have used this app at the beach, in a hotel room, in a hotel gym, in my basement gym, in my bedroom and den, outdoors, and even inside my motor home. I signed up for this app prior to traveling for 4 and half months. It was the perfect trainer for being on the road. I could tailor the workouts: to the equipment I had available, how much time I had to workout, and how I felt that day. There are work outs for all situations even stretching and rest days. My results were amazing after my trip, I lost 12lbs and increased all my maxes my at least 20 lbs some as much as 50 lbs. I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to improve their fitness especially those that travel regularly. It is easy to use, is extremely tailor able, and has great demos with access to even further description to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

I love the variety and customizable workouts that this app has. I have been using the free trial, and seem Tom gravitate toward the customized workouts each time. The workouts are great, however while trying to use the app in the gym, I prefer to have an app that showed the exercise of the moment with at least a photo of not a video. For me, I like to get my self to gym, choose a workout and start right away. If I have to sit and study each workout in a separate menu tree, then go back to start the workout timer, this takes more time than I would like and stalls my momentum. I would love to come back and try this app again in the future if the developers integrate all the wonderful instructional videos into the workout timer page itself. I’ll be going back the Keelo which is another app that you can customize equipment for and does this very well.

I travel frequently for work, often going to small towns, with small hotels and not much of a selection in terms of workout equipment. Its hard to come up with workouts that are creative and keep you engaged while on the road. Kineticoach takes the stress of programming out of the equation with its workout plans. I also love the clock/stopwatch feature where you can build your own timer if there’s a workout from home you want to run, or you come up with your own plan. It’s the best app I’ve come across for anyone that travels and still wants to get after it one road!
