I set up an account as a returning rewards member to redeem the points from the old reward system and none of the points transferred even though at the store they told me it would. Once Tastea switched to this new system, they printed me a receipt so I could put the new points on the app. I didn’t get a chance to enter the barcode receipt until 6 days later and I couldn’t redeem the points because the receipt was “too old” even though it hasn’t even been a week since I made the purchase....

Every time I go to tastea one of their employees tries to get me to sign up with the app. I tell them that the onboarding is atrocious and hand them my phone so that they may experience the pain themselves. While they go through the steps they keep telling me how easy it is to set up until they suddenly stop talking mid sentence. That is when I know that they got stuck waiting for a confirmation number. I smile at them and politely tell them “I told you so”.

Didn't get a confirmation text and now I can't even sign up. It says maximum devices used connected to the number. Can't even get an email. Total worthless app. The stores won't even take the card or your phone number unless you transferred your info on this stupid app.

FINALLY! I love Tastea so much and I’m glad there’s finally a mobile app! Had trouble verifying my number, but was told to add +1 before adding my phone number. After that, I started using the app almost everyday! The app looks great and I can’t wait to earn yummy drinks!

This app deserves 0 star! After trying several times, the app does not send the required 6 digit to complete account set up. Emailed customer services a week ago and no reply. Very disappointed. Will delete the app and no more taste tea for me in the future. There are plenty of tea places around with butter custom service
