Sprint Complete

I find Sprint to be THE BEST cell phone company that I have ever worked for and ever been with. In fact, I have never been with any other mobile phone company because there was no need to change. Their was never any of that buying extra data because your data was included in your plan. So, there was never slowing down on your data speeds. They’ve always had plans for friends and family, and Sprint pays you the consumer for that. I have been with Sprint now since 2001 and have no desire to switch. I have worked for other mobile phone companies, where the training wasn’t as intense or informative.... where the main objective was to sell as much and as many accessories as possible without regard for a person’s income. In my opinion Sprint is a company, that has the most knowledgeable, best trained, most compassionate Customer Care Representatives and if I may add this company is sensitive to your needs. They have ongoing training since technology changes so quickly. So you can be assured of up- to - date information. Tech support at your fingertips. Business solutions to help your business with less effort. What more could you ask for ???!!! Excuse my ending that sentence with a preposition but why pay more for the same excellent service that you can get with Sprint ? I know I refuse to.

My question was technical in nature, and it had to do with”system haptics. I had no idea what they were or what their purpose was. Michelle told me she needed to do a little research on this and asked if I could give her a few minutes. While she did her research, I did also...checking Google, of course. We compared notes afterwards, and I think we both came to the same conclusion: we could live with “system haptics” whatever they are 🤣. I felt that Michelle went the extra mile to help me try to understand something that was a little out of the norm for both of us. I appreciate her willingness to do so especially when I voiced my concern for those living in the path of the hurricane moving into the Carolina’s. (I have 103-year-old father that lives in Southeast Virginia very close to where Florence came ashore.) Michelle asked me to keep her prayer as she lives in the Carolinas apparently in the area where that hurricane was predicted to come sure. Michelle lent “a personal touch” in answering my request for information. 👍🏻for Michelle!

Kristen is the example of true customer service and Kristen holds the strength of making certain to the very end that solution is found. Through our the entire time Kristen demonstrated professionalism, and true level of expertise, patience, kindness and continual follow up. Kristen represents real Customer Service and being a FNP I can completely appreciate Kristen’s effort and no give up attitude. I would like to thank Kristen for all of her efforts and unwavering kindness. Please acknowledge Kristen’s performance and willingness to see the problem to its solution. God bless Kristen and Sprint for having the wisdom to have Kristen on the team. She represents transformational leadership style from her immediate upper authority. Great Job Kristen . Always Mia

It still isn’t clear after much research and due-diligence on my part what exactly is covered, what the deductibles are, and how to access the so-called very easy coverage. There are references to contacting providers and finding people or companies to handle all your issues. There are comments about your complaints and who to find to fix these problems. But most importantly, there are no clear answers or links that advise you to “call this number for this,” or follow this link to this site for contact info regarding replacement or fix-it help for your phone. So, when these problems occur, not only are you upset about what the problem is, you have no-idea who to call to get help. A clear explanation of benefits, resources, access to professional help, what your financial responsibility is here and the most important question...how long is this going to take and how much is it going to cost me?

I’ve been with this company for a generation! Ever since I’ve been with Sprint I’ve only been given their butts to kiss. The ONLY reason I’m still a customer has NOTHING to do with them. They charge for everything, I’m probably being charged to write this review. After 20 years of paying bills with this company you’d think that when/if I needed a new or replacement phone that it wouldn’t be a problem, HA! I recently received a “refurbished” phone, from the break the phone was trash. Siri never worked, I can’t make phone calls without headphones, my calls are frequently dropped and they have waaaay too many hidden fees. The bottom line is that I can’t wait to give my loyalty to a company that understands and appreciates the people who help build it. I can tell you horror story after horror story. Bottom line is I’m venting here as a least ditch effort with hopes that the company (Sprint) that’s run by satan himself will notice. I don’t expect anything to happen as it never does.....On every level stay away from sprint!!!!!!!
