I was the Customer of Snapdeal for 4 years and earlier I used to believe that Snapdeal provide the best of it at particular time but it’s really making me feel bad for the Snapdeal that it’s getting worse everyday as it’s delivery service is so very very slow it’s filter and other search don’t work properly.....i just don’t want to see falling of Snapdeal so request them to hire better courier service that deliver fast as other commercial Website and improve in app for search and most of all add more products and variety of it as it has 2 years earlier had lot more products choices....and one thing that I want to say that I am really thankful of Snapdeal deal that it has best Deals that I ever found anywhere so really Appreciated for it but want more products and variety of clothing.....Thankyou

I had ordered 14 perfumes from them which was ordered in one order only I started receiving the products one by one I received 9 products seven times in a day my servant had received the product when I opened one of the packings which was cool water 2 bottles it was smelling full of kerosine and the bottle and cap was also of a different bottle the box was also fully wet with some chemical I then opened eternity I sprayed it and was smelling of some chemical they are selling duplicate products or expired products and the invoice of the products are also delivered wrongly there is something else in the package and the products delivered is also different their helpline number is also faulty as their ivr system is also not working when the delivery boy came to collect the product back as I don’t want faulty and duplicate products I had initiated a return request he took the product but refused to sign or give any receipt that he is taking the product it’s a complete scam Pls don’t order any products from snap deal as they are cheating customers no customer support and there is no way to contact them they don’t bother to call u beware !!!!!!!!.i have cancelled my other orders as I have not received them yet and waiting for my money to be refunded never pay in advance and never order from snap deal ever let the deal be however attractive

I recently ordered for a Fossil blue dial wrist watch. I was quite surprised that a 10K watch was being offered for close to 2Konly. Still I ordered. I waited patiently for almost a week when the item arrived. Upon opening I realised that the product was fake!! First red flag was the cheap looking ‘leather’ band of the watch. The second red flag was that the chronograph was not working. The watch itself was very light. Last but not the least the packet in which the watch was packed with Fossil branding was cheap paper!! The seller also had the audacity to put in a black card asking the buyer to register their product on the official site of Fossil. I logged in and then realised that the current price of that watch is 20K and not 10K. It was proven fake. Thankfully Snapdeal has a no hassle return policy. I returned the stuff and the money got credited in no time. Snapdeal management must look into this. I can see Google ads popping up every now and then with insanely low prices of expensive watches. I am sure they too are fake. Please be aware.

Update : I Saw Snapdeal page promoting Ray Ban sunglasses on my facebook wall and the MRP was 499 !! You know what it means. It has become a chorbazaar off late. Most products are first copy and since the company is tanking anyways so it is allowing such sellers to function in a vile hope of survival. This is a vicious trap the company has fallen into just like ebay and will wither away soon. Thus, Snapdeal is the riskiest site to purchase from right now.. here’s my recent experience:- First I ordered a kitchen set, it came broken. They accepted return after one month but never paid me the return courier charge Rs 700 Second time it was a baby cycle & I was delivered a soap stand instead, I had to trace the person who ordered the soap stand with the address sticker and collect my cycle from them. Their kids were already playing with it ! Third time it was the same baby cycle, but this time the tyre had no holes to insert the rods, scared of the return process had to punch them myself, the cycle got jerky because of this. Fourth time my sister ordered a titan raga watch and the band was broken thank god I did a video recording when opening it so got my money back with some efforts. So, Buy only those products with least chances of damage or check seller reputation before purchasing.

Snapdeal confirmed my order, took my payment & then arbitrarily cancelled my order. Explanation offered was courier partner had tried multiple times to make delivery unsuccessfully. Blatant lies as the product was not even shipped as per the tracking provided by Snapdeal itself. Subsequently to the order being arbitrarily cancelled by Snapdeal, was told the refund would be provided 7-10 days later. Extremely high handed behavior, completely taking the customer for granted & conning the customer. Snapdeal’s Telephone helpline doesn’t even allow verbal access to a Customer Care executive. In today’s day of competitive business such utterly shoddy & poor business practices are completely shocking!! Will never shop at Snapdeal again & sound a caution to all those customers who do, to be wary of their very very poor business practices in which the customer does not matter.
