Bewakoof- Fashion Shopping App

The thing with clothes is they are either good or not worth wearing there’s no in between. Shopping through Bewakoof has been a lookout of good side. I have orders a total of 4 shirts till now 2 of them are half sleeves t shirts and 2 are full and everything from fabric to delivery time to quality has been more than satisfying. I don’t know about other reviews but they sure know how to get the food out of clothes plus the economic range is also available which is great at what it offers. moreover every time I ordered something I received a token of remembrance sort of thing I got a pencil once and today with my shirt I got a cool bracelet .All in all a great experience looking forward for more . I personally find it better than jabong not in terms of collection but quality and customer satisfaction.

Hi bewakoof and team, just wanted to let y’all know that you guys are doing an amazing job, from the time the order is placed till the time the merchandise is delivered everything’s been on point and also those lille pins in the delivery adds just a touch of happiness. I’m glad it was my first time ordering from bewakoof and i want kind of skeptical but when I recieved my merchandise i was happier then ever, the main reason i loved your clothing was it perfectly fit me and the material is comfy af.. Y’all are definitely a threat to the big so called established brands charging sky high prices for their clothes with poor quality.. Keep up the good work and i hope i see this Indian company listed on NYSE some day.. Kudos to team bewakoof..

I really would have rated you in negative if possible. 1 star is just a courtsey that we can’t post on a review without giving star but in reality you site need to be rated zero. This is because the after sale services are very disgusting. Jist showing off fancy products on home page wont make a good site. You really have to work on your othe departments. Printing fancy quotes is just very easy so please focus on ther services also. I have ordered no. of items and no doubt it was what u said it was but the after sale service like if i want to contact you it is just a whole battle that i have to fight to contact you . You have no contact number stated in your site or your app and if i am returning something you take up the request of return of some other produst. This is so rubbish. I really really want to contact you and help you pooor souls to improve your services. So if possible do cintact me by any means posiible i would happy to help you poor souls. Very disappointing.

I have used this since 2017. Till now I ordered so many t-shirts. Not only for myself also for my friends and siblings. In the current time it’s not easy to trust any online apps but bewakoof use is great one for purchase the t-shirts you can blindly trust this app. With affordable prices and superb quality of the t-shirts. Isn’t it nice ?? And most of the nice thing about this app is everytime they provide cashback when you order t-shirts from bewakoof app. And nicely packaged with some goodies they give with T-shirts.

Yesterday I received a text from them and they were stating that they have filled my Bewakoof wallet with 150 bucks you can easily get it paid for the order which are not discounted. When I have choosen a non-discounted product then also my total payable was the same as it was mentioned when product was not added to cart. Then I select to choose my Bewakoof wallet then there is the all twist there was no option to pay by your Bewakoof wallet. Please don’t provide fake promotions when you can’t provide that. I tried to reach their contact us there also there was not a single to call their customer care except chatting with them. There also the have installed chatbots which can’t even listen to your query. Worst service ever with all fake promotional activities.
