App keeps crashing when I go to authorize pump and try to pay. It won’t let me pay for gas. So annoying. Why did they have to break the app Edit: Found the fix. Delete the app and reinstall. How did this update go through without proper QA testing. Changed from 1 star to 3 star.

The old app kept crashing on Mobile Pay, so I updated to this one. I had the toughest time logging in until I looked on the RR site. It says “ Quick tip for using our brand new app: All users must first click SIGN UP in the app, not login, on their first time use. This requires setting an email and passcode. Once signed up, Saver Club users can link their account for mobile pay by tapping the person icon, then payments.” Once I did that it worked great!! They should put better instructions in the app to let people know.

Half of the time it can't authorize the pump and doesn't even tell why. Then if you try too many times it just blocks you. I wish it just worked. Old application was actually more stable until they changed everything.

The app crashes whenever I try mobile pay. That’s the only reason I got it. I tried reinstalling the app, then it gives me an invalid login, even though the login worked before (stored in LastPass). When I try the reset password flow, it just hangs (not a network problem in my side). I’ll just go the the gas station across the street if I’m not getting the saver discount.

Continues to never find my location, or spin forever trying to locate the nearest gas station. The map will accurately show my location, but for some reason can’t associate with the gas station. Not worth the discount to use app and go out of my way for Rotten Robbie.
