Get the promotional email. Go to gas station. Get app spinning. People waiting for my pump not happy either that I spend many minutes messing around with it to only have to give up, get back in car to wallet, dig out credit card. Hasn’t worked in awhile. There are times I give up altogether and go elsewhere in disgust. When it works, love it. Please don’t offer promotions until the thing actually works, bait and switch.

Today I used this app for the first time, and I was very impressed with its performance. It immediately connected to the pump I was using after providing the app the pump number, and it immediately decreased the per gallon price on all three grades due to an introductory offer. After filling up, the app paid via Apple Pay, and saved an image file of my receipt. Fantastic execution. The developers hit it out of the park with this app which I look forward to using again.

This app has become second nature to me😊 I was amazed during my first experience using the app and it still holds true today. My favorite aspect about the app is not having to take out my debit card to make a purchase at the pump or in-store. Dangerous world out there with credit card fraud.... save yourself and use the Gulf Pay app! 🙌🏼🔥

Latest upgrade cleans up the colors a bit but functionally it’s a disaster. What used to be so simple to select your station then pump to pay now has several non-intuitive steps. My saved card needed to be reauthorized and the app couldn’t confirm the information. So 5 minutes of aggravation and I had to use my CC at the pump anyway. What’s the purpose of the app? Oh that’s right - to pay. Do over.
