Programmed GO

I cannot select options such as position and cost centre and thus can’t log my hours so i can get paid. Please fix asap

On and off I have gone to open the app and just a white screen shows. This has been very frustrating especially when we are required to put out shifts in so we can be paid. For months I have contacted the report centre and they have been great at getting back to me. however... I feel that blaming the problem on my phone, reception or not being updated. Even though my phone is an iPhone X and the updates are done manually. I’m sorry.. but my phone isn’t the problem here.. it’s the app! If this problem was solved.. the app works just fine and is easy to use.

Thanks for using my mobile data on your forced update to give me something that doesn’t actually apply to me. Next time just wait, it really wasn’t that important what you did and since most of your app just plain doesn’t work because my office doesn’t support it how bout you just put in a “later” button.

The app is not accepting the job description in the time sheet so we can’t fill in our hours for the week.

View and functionality is top quality, very easy to navigate as well.
