I like the point share function function which is so cool to easily get some points or share points with my friends. Converting points to Asia Miles is convenient and donations too! Now can also convert Citi credit card points to Moneyback for my shopping.

Your app and system have so many bugs, it is no user friendly at all. I tried to register with you and can never get your sms to verify. I even call your customer service left message with the girl in charge of calls. Never heard back! Not listening to your customers and denied there are problem with your system is not going to help your customer.

I don’t know why this app doesn’t allow a family registration while we have three cards for one account, or person to register on two or more advices. Everyone in my family has to provide his/her personal information to register for a separate account. App from the other retailer allows to do that.

It forces me to update each time I’m at the check out counter...so it means I have to use the slow mobile data to update the app regardless there’s a long queue behind me... and I ended up giving up using it because I don’t want people behind me to kill me... ridiculously there are that many updates but not much improvement

Worst App I have used ever! Regularly kicked you out so you would find yourself stuck in the payment queue just to re-login.... Can't not reset the password with mobile number because there is a bug there says you haven't put int your mobile number yet. Very funny, then what's the 8 digits I put there? Does it read "fool App" to you?!
