Like a delete a pet profile after they have passed away Like a help or contact us that links to the app developers within the app itself, so you don’t have to go fishing about to figure out how to get in contact and remove your dead pet from their app. The actual contacting the vet chat is really easy and I’ve used it a few times for the “hmm should I get that looked at” moments. The advice has been really helpful. I feel a bit mean only giving this 2 stars because it’s a great idea mostly done well, but it’s hard enough loosing a pet let alone being reminded every time a use the app that she’s gone because it doesn’t have (or impossible to find) delete’ or ‘remove profile’.

Terrible product in terms of operating capability. Created a profile and now cannot get the app to work. Most of the time after logging in it just sits on the log in page. Can’t log in and when it does log in the app stops working. Simply a white screen. Offered as a supplementary product for Direct Line pet insurance who I will be informing shortly that they should do more research here before endorsing such a poor product. I can’t comment on the actual service (which is a great idea) as I haven’t been able to use it!

The UI is very poorly designed. The app is full of bugs and the end user experience is poor. You’d assume this would be good due to the name and backing by insurance companies, but there’s charges of £20 for a video call and dates are way in advance: something you wouldn’t do if your pet was poorly. Other people do this a lot better. Avoid.

Had a consultation with a vet today which was free from my insurance company. Excellent advice was received and the vet was really friendly and helpful. 5* service! I have only graded the app as 4* due to some connection issues and the quality of the call. But the vet himself was 5*!!

Website said I needed to download app to make video calls but there’s no option on the app to make video calls. Very poorly designed app. The marketing states 24/7 video access to a vet but when you try to use it it doesn’t work. Have made Pawsquad aware
