Pavilions Delivery & Pick Up

I cannot thank you enough! I have tried so many other delivery services and have been SO disappointed. Finally, I found the perfect efficient reasonable and friendly company! I am not able to stand very long and even with the scooters at the grocery stores, I struggled! This has been an answer to prayer enabling me to get my groceries each month. Each person delivering has been courteous and professional. I have a grateful heart.

You’re all doing great. No one can ever compare to Val. Do you know how he’s doing? His knee was seriously injured. Please get him well. We love him and need him. He’s just a stellar human being. The day I found out I had leukemia, he just calmly kept listening and soothing me as he unloaded the groceries, and I mean a to of groceries. I hope we’re not who hurt his knee. My food has always been filled correctly. I don’t even mark the no replacement box and my items are always correct. The employees that bring my food to the cart have all been friendly and polite. I like the app because I can save money by taking longer to see through the products and compare prices. I love my store!

I’ve been using this app for quite a while and had no issues until last week’s release. Now, it tells me my email is still associated with a Vons account I used three years ago so I can shop using the Pavilions app and that I need to use the Vons app. I moved 2 years ago and have been using the Pavilions app ever since with no problems, and Pavilions is my local store. If I try shopping using the Vons app it says I’m too far away, which I am. Everything still works great on a laptop or desktop but I now I can’t use the mobile app at all. Tech Support has been unable to fix this issue.

Useless app if inventory is not accurate, and service personnel provide zero communication, then zero remorse or even acknowledge any issue. I placed my order for pickup, drove 30 minutes to the store, parked in the designated space and called the phone number on the sign, no answer. Went in the store, found a manager 5 minutes later. Manager doesn’t know anything about online orders and says call back in the morning. Call in the morning and they say item is not in stock, sorry, and suggest trying again with another item... no thanks.
