this app is the best!! it is so easy to navigate. the reminders keep you from waiting too long to basically, ‘feed the meter’ without having to remember to stop what you’re doing and run back outside (especially when it’s raining ☔️ or snowing ❄️ UGH!!). great overall idea & very CONVENIENT - which is why a 15cent ‘convenience fee’ 🤑 is charged for every use - that’s the only part I don’t like; paying an extra fee 🤦🏻‍♀️ but ultimately it’s worth it!

This app is great but I think we should be able to extend the hours more than two hrs at a time. I love the warning about time running out but when your stuck waiting tables in downtown Detroit where it’s VERY busy and you’re not able to pull out your phone to reload your time that’s when I walk back to my car to a ticket. Please make it so us who are working in a very busy environment don’t have to worry about getting a ticket at the end of our shift. Extend the hours!!! Other than that this app is a must have and give it a 5 star.

There is really no reason not to have this. No need to keep change, the ability to set an extended stay on an app that remembers your cars, plural, and your payment method makes it a critical tool. Add to that the alerts BEFORE your time expires allowing you to extend before you get a ticket. One account can work for all of the drivers in your family. GET IT!!

I love this app- it’s easy to use and I can sit in my car to pay for parking, which I love! The catch? I’ve had quite a few tickets with no reason why. My car will be in the correct zone, parked legally, and paid for and I’ll find a ticket on my windshield (usually zone 206). Multiple times I’ve driven to the station to complain and show proof that the ticket is not deserved and there is nothing I can do. You can try to call the hotline, but the number is always busy. So beware....

I've found this app to be really convenient and a handy tool for parking around the city! However, one time so far I used he app when I parked, but still got a ticket which I'm currently trying to contest. Upon my return, I double checked the zone and that the app said I still had time and it said I did, so I drove off pretty frustrated that one day. Despite that instance, I am still pretty happy with it. We'll see how it goes from now on.
