I have been unable to access my account for weeks now. The app and site would force me to reset my password each time I attempted to log in. I don’t have the patience for this nonsense. I’ve been banking with MCU for years, only because the payroll direct deposit allows you to access your funds on Wednesday as opposed to Friday. I have switched my direct deposit to another bank account and will be withdrawing my funds. This credit union has way too many customers for such nonsense. ✌️

I hooked up all my monthly bills to outside credit cards to get the point and cash back . I also hooked up all my credit cards to my checking account for payment purposes and pay them off as I use them and never carry a balance, no interest charges . Nitwit proof

This app is horrible. It would be really nice to be able to view my funds and transfer money around easier like with my other banks. I tried calling MCU multiple times even went to a bank in person and they won’t help me. I was never able to access my account just keep resetting my password and it never works. Whoever made this app and think it works is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

This app is horrible, one been trying to login for two weeks now, it's keep loading and loading and never get to the screen to allow me to login then after awhile it says network error. I'm trying now to redownload the app to see if it works and nope the same thing. Along with the long wait time for customer service and the ongoing issues with the app I'm going to change banks asap!

I’m not sure what’s going on but in the last month or so, this app has been malfunctioning extensively. The status wheel just keeps turning endlessly but the app won’t load. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times with varied success. Sometimes minimizing it works, other times it doesn’t. In this day and age, this is truly unacceptable. Get a qualified app creator and fix this!!
