Get time I put the video into small screen and then go back into it. I hear the two things at once. Let me explain. When I go back to the video the video but the audio has the beginning of the video and the audio of what I am watching so I have exit the video and try find where was up to. You can not multitask in this app because of this. No adds in the live streams would be good. Make watching nrl game free don’t have to pay for it. The radio not the app keeps on dropping out and it’s not my fault. Fix these things up and I will be happy

The app is constantly signing me out and I have to verify every time I try to open it. I’ve researched to see if it’s a fix or whether the app has been updated with no answer. I’ve been trying to watch the NRL 9’s tonight with the app. I watched approximately 5 games with no dramas and then it completely stopped with a “can’t load video” pop up. I tried on my iPad and phone to use the app. I am a Telstra customer so I tried internet and data free avenues. I’ve exhausted all ways I can try and fix the problem myself including, ensuring the latest version updated, internet testing, checking the forum for other users experiencing the same thing and I’m not the only one. Hopefully someone listens to some of the shortfalls of this app and can turn it around.

I used the 2017 version of this app a lot last year and really enjoyed being able to access live NRL games on my iPad when away from home. Unfortunately the 2018 version is a disaster and I have now deleted the app out of sheer annoyance and frustration. I have a Telstra mobile broadband account which the app recognises but when I try to link it to my NRL Live Pass account all I get is an error message and “ “Try Again Later” which I’ve been doing for three weeks without success. The CrowdSupport so called “Help” is also useless because there is nobody to reply except other unfortunate customers who are having similar problems.

Disgraceful app and it is not even worth the 3 star rating they give it. Played it on my new iPad Pro 12.9” and honestly it has a massive black border all around it and you get this picture in the middle which is about 5” wide by about 4” deep and can barely see the players. Put the black borders all together and they would measure bigger than the picture does and they tell us it has to do with Telstra. Utter rubbish. I bet if you buy the yearly subscription of $99 you get to view it on the full screen but because you can get it free if you have mobile broadband with Telstra they cut the screen viewing size. Don’t even bother to download it.

I used this app last year as a Telstra subscriber. When attempting to use it again this year using the same method all hell broke loose. I could not access the app using Telstra with the app owners being totally unhelpful. I paid my subscription so as to not loose any more games. I have just now had to update the app and, guess what, my password no longer works. Just starting 2019 season, paid my subscription last week. Went to watch the first game......app wants the updated version to work. App store has no new updates. The app will not work until updated. NRL app has screwed me again. When will it be fixed?
