Nimian Legends : Vandgels

😄 this is awesome - thank you so much. It’s why I make games and specifically open worlds. I like exploring nature and using my imagination And I want others to have a place you can do the same. NimiAn Legends feels like it’s a real place to me in some ways and I am always trying to learn better ways to bring it to life. Right now I’m working on a new world that’s a lot larger and I hope to bring you an even more massive natural world to explore soon. Vandgels and BrightRidge are two places that have been in my head since I was a kid and it’s a lot of fun to finally see these characters in an actual game. Your spirited feedback and five star review also really support me. As you said I’m one person so I also am boosted when people say kind things and it means a lot to me that the experience meant something positive to you:) I will keep it up!

Thanks AlanLaBudde - That’s cool you were interested in photo mode :) try options- controls and options- camera. Maybe some of the options here will make the game easier to control. I haven’t heard about those apps like brushstroke and I will check them out - they sound interesting. Btw in photo mode you can turn on a water color effect, or you can do it in options-mods-watercolour - it makes the game look like a painting. I also was taking pictures and running them through Prisma app which uses ai filters to make really cool images so I totally get what you’re doing. A big thanks especially for rating it 5 stars even though you feel there is work to do. Honestly good ratings help me a lot more by encouraging me and helping my game reach more people, so it’s actually one of the best ways to support me and the game and I really appreciate that you did that. I’ve been working on these open world games on my own for about five years and I’m really dedicated to learning more each time ( I do these at night after my day job) and I listen to all the feedback and hope to continue improving the experience for this and future games:)

I’m sorry about that. Because each phone is so different I couldn’t put an auto save, because testers would put a quality setting too high that would cause a crash, and when they would restart an auto load would crash it again. The solution is imperfect but after you change quality settings, at the The start it should ask you to use default quality or load saved quality. Load saved quality will load up most of your quality changes. But it won’t load resolution and it won’t load non quality settings like filters. I’m working Amon a new game and I have already added saving for every setting this time because what you experienced was one of the biggest complaints for my game, along with the controls. I don’t know when I will be able to update vandgels and BrightRidge, although I am looking into rebuilding them using my new engine, but this brings up issues if it becomes incompatible for early buyers. Anyways I’m sorry about the bad experience. EDIT: I’m glad that made a bit of a difference and thank you for the supportive review. It’s just me and it helps me reach more people, which means more games :)

I love your review title:) that made me smile and feel like a rock star. On one hand I look at my games and see all the flaws, but on the other I think of all that I’m learning and how I can use that to keep improving. And encouraging 5 star reviews like this really fuel my fire:) thank you for writing it and for playing both games. I’m working on wilderless as we speak and want to make it a unique and very vast experience, and I’m so glad that the bug was fixed with a restart - that la so often the solution for all things computer-y. Thank you:) I loved your review tag line. I am working on upgrades for this and BrightRidge and also a new exploring game called Wilderless. Actually my laptop just died but I am saving for an iMac and will be back at it shortly. My goal is to keep learn my how to make larger and more beautiful worlds, and learning how to code better and add more polish along the way.
