This app is an absolute disaster. Do not let anyone tell you different. I have been forced to use it because the condo we bought at Pacific Gate in San Diego installed the control panels with this app in all condos. The app is poorly designed and I have being trying to get tech support to help me and their best answer is it's not their problem. What a horrible company, developer and tech support group. I highly discourage any thought of using it.

The newest update adds the new features brought with the 8.4 firmware update to the controllers. Giving you the ability to modify the GUI right from the interface. You can now upload your own images as the back ground straight from your phone.

The best control platform uses the best control platform app. People complaining about the app like used a poor integrator to install their systems mine functions as flawlessly today as it did 6 years ago when originally installed.

Our app worked great for the first 6 months of owning our brand new home, with a brand new Elan ‘smart home system’. Now we can never log in, password is always ‘rejected’ (even though we can use said password to update to a different password, and that one doesn’t work either). What is the actual point of having a ‘smart home’ if it doesn’t even work? So disappointed.

Truly simple uniform UI across touch screens iPads and my iPhone. Love the the new feature that allows me to alter the themes on my different devices. The intercom features is a life and leg saver, well done
