NestAway

So i am writing this post because I am extremely happy and satisfied with the patience and service of Sales people in Nestaway. I have lived in Nestaway property for 2years in gurgaon location and its services were fantastic. So when i relocated to Pune, I thought to go with Nestaway again. Got aligned with a sales folk name Sourabh Shelar. I described my requirement and he helped me visit properties. Though visit was planned for just one property but he took extra time for me to make me see other flats too so that I can finalise one. There is a believe that Sales people always run behind closing a deal but Sourabh is different here. He helped me alot in figuring out exact requirement, my budget and showing me properties. Though I did not choose nestaway but I will certainly want to opt for it again in near future. I would like to end by thanking Sourabh for his efforts.

I had booked my studio apartment with zenify, later merged with nestaway. I moved out and then few days after I enquired about my security deposit return and they won’t reply, if they reply those would at best be very dissatisfying. After 22 days of over 30 calls to their customer service and raising many Service Requests I got One reply everytime- Give us 24 as we look into it - that was so frustrating. Finally what I did I stopped calling and I dig up my in progress Service Request and I escalated it twice. Then in 2 days time I got my refund. So in short, Nestaway call centre people would never resolve your issue. But I would say find your Service Request and comment on it and escalate many times if needed. Apart from all these hassles with nestaway or zenify I had good experience with.

For any service provider, customer satisfaction has to be a key concern. This is where nestaway sets an example by being the worst customer service provider in this industry. Once you move in, they don’t really care about the issues that you call out. They have been successful in deceiving a lot of people. I have been a tenant since almost 2 years and the experience that I have had with nestaway is definitely the worst I could have. Their entire customer relations aspect is based on the service request that you can raise from your dashboard. I have raised multiple service request in the span of 2 years and not once have I received a satisfactory response. Being a working professional, I never had the time to deal with the on ground executives which is why the only option that I had to get an issue solved was to raise a service request. Their responses have always been delayed and unsatisfactory. If you go ahead and escalate the matter , they delay the process even more due to which you ultimately have to let it go and compromise. I don’t usually review apps but since I had no alternative and I wanted to share my Terrible experience with all the users who are looking to rent out flats using nestaway, I had to do this. Please think about the treatment that you are going to get once you move in. These people are good at the art of deceiving in order to earn money but I am completely sure they don’t care about their customers.

This is a good example of bad management, people can learn from Nestway that this the worst it can get. Even if u pay rent on time, knowingly they charge fine, and argue according to the script on customer support, more like customer debate. They will charge you for monthly maintenance, but send no one, when inquired, they said it our job to initiate the maintenance, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere, also the process they explained doesn’t exist in their app, which brings me to the poorly built app, whenever you click on the help button, the app crashes. They haven’t fixed this bug for months now, and when ever you call the customer support, you have to wait for 15 mins before u can actually talk to someone and when u do talk to a representative, they talk like they are programmed and till date haven’t solved any issues of mine. My bathroom door is broken, the house stinks and there is no area manager for the apartment im in. So watchout for this crap

It is very good example for how worst and fraud a management can be. Even if you pay rent on time but charge you irrelevantly for maintainance and all other useless stuff. I stayed here for 3 years but at time of leaving, they showed there true colors. During 3 years not a single person visited for so called repair or maintenance but deducted huge amount from my deposit for same. If you think there customer care will solve this then its in vain. There app and system is so messed up that they sre not able to have simple records for tenants and during exit they will charge randomly and deduct hell lot of amount from your deposit. For me 4500 without any valid expalnation and nor they are returning or taking up my calls. They simply put blame on you for everything and are not ready to take up for their mistakes or even there responsiblity. Pathetic and fraud people. Dont go for this. Worst experience.
