I was really excited to rent out furniture when I gotta know it being launched in Chennai. Delivery and the customer service was really excellent. I was really happy with the furniture, which got delivered to my place on time as promised. The only drawback which I found is, it is no where mentioned what will be the material of the mattress and dimensions of the furniture. I got a foam mattress, which gets suppressed when u lay down on bed, make u feel as if u r getting sunk. When informed the concerned person about the same, he informed that they have only this quality for now in Chennai and may not get any modified soon... I would like to give a rating of 4, because of the experience with the mattress; or else I was on cloud9 to get some cool discounts as a bonus point !!!! Thank u Furlenco and thanks Nabeel

To get a sale - They will commit a strict 72 hours of delivery. Then they will send you an sms for a 7days delivery. You keep calling them and each time ur promised a call back. Nobody calls back. When u have escalated the matter to all levels they prepone the delivery by a day to 6days. On 6th day they Sms delivery scheduled for 7th day. When u contact them after lot of escalations, you are informed items are NOT in stock. So instead they will deliver something that is in their stock, but it not something that you ordered for. They promise to replace it once the actual ordered item stock arrives, for which they don’t have a date. They have ruined all your time, money, have put you through turmoil and still don’t have a clue to resolve the issue. If the stocks are running late, why the hell do you put delivery time lines on your website and App??? On what basis your sales person assured on multiple calls that it will be delivered in 72 hours??? Now why you suddenly don’t have stock??? How were you planning to send Sms schedule for 7th day and then deliver the items that I ordered? Who pays for the airline tickets which I had to change for your promised delivery 6th day date???? For all interested in dealing with Furlenco - Please take email confirmations on delivery. Also to avoid disappointment keep at least 15days in hand for your actual order to arrive. All delivery promises in print and verbal are a BIG SHAM. NO REGARDS WHATSOEVER

I’ve ordered a bed(with mattress and pillows) and a study table(with an office chair). They didn’t call me to schedule a time first and they got a broken study table so they had to take it back. Next time, we scheduled, I had to follow up a couple of times to set the time so I’m available at home. They just picked a random number and say that the delivery guy will call before delivering. This second time, they forgot to get the chair to because the previous guy marked the chair as delivered. The guy who came to delivery didn’t know this. Now, the third time, they delivered the chair. During all this no one informs you about how you’ll be charged (as you’ll be pay full amount first, if an item is delayed for 3 weeks, they say after the delivery is done we’ll update the payment. Until then they can’t say how much you’ll be charged. It’s a horrible experience and I don’t think I’ll suggest or recommend furlenco to anyone. It still has a long way to go and needs to upgrade itself.

I had placed an order for the furniture about 7-8 days back and today the person refused to place the furniture to my house stating the furniture cannot be carried on the 7th floor which is understandable but why have they not mentioned this in the terms and conditions of the app or the website that the order will be taken only if the LIFT is available. And the worst is the service or the helpline number provided which doesnt really understand the problem and the inconvenience of the customer and just have one word to say SORRY like this would improve everything. Guys personal harrowing experience please avoid if ur in a situation like me and the lift is not available. The refund would also take 7-8 days as per them but God knows how this company works. Most harrowing experience for me, will NEVER recommend this site to anyone else. Please do not waste other peoples time like you guys wasted mine.

In the month of may I moved to mumbai and contacted Furlenco for furnishing of 2 BHK flat..it took them 1 month and 4 visits to furnish my apartment ..all the products were of the cheapest quality in its segment..i got fed up of the quality of product hence requested them to discontinue the services..3 of the products were provided after 1 month but still Furlenco charged full amount for 3 months even though i used the product for 2 months only..i paid the amount i just wanted to get rid of them..after my request of discontinuation, Furlenco took 15 days from committed date to lift the products from my house..my all the new furniture were lying outside of my house just because Furlenco was not responding...after several follow up and mail finally the items were picked up..Furlenco has the worst customer care team who doesnt even respond..this was my worat experience ever..beware of them..
