This app is the most pointless ever. Save yourself some time downloading and deleting after 10 minutes! Was last updated 2 years ago! You can’t pay, you can’t book, you can’t see current/past/future bookings, you can’t even link your account. I have been left wondering what the point of this app actually is! The only things you can do is look for NCP car park locations and pin your car on a map. (Which is useless in a multi-story, which most NCPs are!) I’ve deleted it and moved onto using MiPermit & RingGO, they’re much easier to use and you can pay, see a count down of current car park timers, get notifications and extend if necessary, see current/past and future bookings, see more car parks in locations and on the map. Was surprised how much NCPs competition has out done them!

I searched to try and book airport parking and it doesn’t show all car parks, despite then being NCP. I wrote and complained and was advised it may have been full. I was successfully able to park and there were hundreds of parking spaces available in the multi storey car park. I had to pay full price as was not able to obtain early booking discount. Overall a bad app, bad website and bad customer service.

Can’t link to account, can’t book parking through the app. Deleted after less than 2 minutes!

Useless company, products and services. They provide car parks for thieves to break in to your car and steal items. Careless customer support too . Do not use NCP !
