we use the app at least three or four times a week. It has really spoiled me. The app has been improving since they start developing, It's very eas y to use and they have made it more convenient with the new bright, yellow UI design. I have never had any real serious problems with the resraurants we ordered from. They usually have it delivered to my door within 1 hour. The customer support people is nice as well. On my recent order, I wanna add the cheese foam on top of my bubble tea, they contacted the tea shop on my behalf and added it quickly. My order arrived with all items I want which was great!

Saw an ad online for peri perks. Thought it was an excellent idea. Downloaded it. Is absolute garbage to use. Set out like a social media page(reminds me of Snapchat) Hard to find vouchers and only one when writing this(the only reason I downloaded the app), asked to enter member number to do basic things even though I am actually logged into the app itself already (and member number is hard to find) It keeps setting my location to WA for some reason (am in tassie) generally just a fail of an app. Seems designed just to steal your personal info to sell to Cambridge analytica and not actually provide you with any value whatsoever. Please check the KFC app out for a comparison and to see how an actual business works. Might as well just be a form with all your personal info that you just email to them. If I’m going to give you my personal details to sell, you gotta give me something in return.

I opened the app in store ready to scan only to find I need to log in, didn’t want to waste everyone’s time so I took the receipt to enter later. I entered the receipts details and it wouldn’t submit. The barcode isn’t on the opening screen you have to go searching for it it’s the third option for some reason, it should be the opening screen where it’s easiest for functionality and speed. But on the opening screen is a non-functioning transaction history and rewards store so that’s helpful. This shouldn’t have released it’s not ready to be used.

I want to preface this review that I love nando’s. I have had great food and great customer service however the app is absolutely atrocious. Multiple times over months and months I have tried to make an online order and sometimes when I click something too soon, it completely glitches and I have to start again. Whenever I get to the end it asks me to log into my PeriPerks account and it glitches again so I just give up and use Uber. At the start I try logging in and it glitches. My favourite side, halloumi sticks and dip, cannot be ordered through Uber; only instore or through the app. This has been a constant problem and I haven’t seen any effort to make this app work more effectively.

This app is useless with too many glitches. Make an order, fill in all the details, get to payment page, enter card and transaction declined because “ingredient does not exist”!!!! Tried 3 different cards. This happened a few months ago too so I tried placing order by phone, and couldn’t because an automated message said to place order on the app! No other payment method (eg Paypal) is offered either. To get Nandos I had to go to the shop, make the order and wait in store. What is the point in this app?! It’s just a massive waste of time. We’re getting pizza now instead - I can order and pay online, they deliver, simple.
