The app updated on my phone, and so I had to log back in. I put in all my login and password information (or what I thought it was) and it came back invalid...after trying everything it could have been I was still locked out. The app has NO WAY of getting a new password and doesn’t have a button or link for “forget password/username” and it should! I tried going to the MyEnvera login page on the internet and that page is just as bad and not formatted for the phone and while it did have the “forget password/username” link, I couldn’t click on it because the page wouldn’t load right.

Why in the world can I add visitors to my iPad app without going through a user name, email, and password, but my iPhone requires all three?? I have no idea what my user name is, or my password! Never needed it before! Won’t let me change my password without my user name. This whole gate thing is stupid anyway! How we survive in Minnesota without it is a miracle. 😡. Florida has been given a bill of goods.

The app lets me keep track of all prior visitors, lets me deny or allow entry to an individual and lets me edit visitor profiles. So far that is all I have needed to do at a moments notice. Also the app is not glitchy at all; runs smooth. No complaints so far.

even the pizza guy is complaining that the system is so slow, they just changed a crapy black box for a white one, system and gates are down at least once a week, Im a resident and even myself have a hard time getting in .....

Works great so far but I’d like it more if it had a proper iPhone XS Max layout. Otherwise, it works!
