This app could/should be so dependable, bu no, it is not and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it. When was the last time it was updated? Why does it not work a majority of the time? It’s supposed to be a safety feature but it does nothing for us but keep us on edge. Please, please, please fix it!

Setup screen is only half visible. Would like notifications and possibly an option for “stay/away” modes. But at the very least plz update for smooth opn with all the new phone updates and upgrades since this app was last maintained. Not unhappy, just needs some polishing and/or some quality TLC after we’ve spent some heavy pocket change on your security systems.

It’s only supposed to do one thing: arm/disarmed the alarm, and it does after a few tries. Two problems: 1) it should require the phone password or finger id to work; 2) it often doesn’t connect properly, requiring a retry, or worse reporting the wrong alarm status. Looks like a dynamic dns problem where it fails to get the right Ip for the alarm, but I’m just guessing.

Previous reviewer says app does what it is supposed to do-arm & disarm the unit. So far from the truth. This app is NOT reliable. Remote indicates the system is disarmed, only to find the system armed. NOT good at all when you are trying to give access to the property. Grandchildren do not appreciate having to provide proof to law enforcement that they have permission to be in the house. To many times am informed app cannot communicate with system. Standing right outside the house & it can't communicate. I do not recommend this app.

I honestly think there are a lot of people out there that don't know what they are doing. The app does What it was designed to do - simply arm/disarm alarm system, which it does very well!!
