Perfectly done! Great app, a must-have for wherever you park. This app is all about convenience, usability, and great features. You can easily continue to extend your parking, just by choosing a longer time period! It also has a cute little car horn that honks to remind you that your parking is almost up, in case you need to re-up while away from your car. Plus, it does one other thing which is very cool: Instead of charging you each time you re-up your parking session, they accrue it, giving you a single charge at the end of your session. Most apps would make separate charges as you go, but these folks thought ahead and made it just that much more user-friendly.

This is a fantastic idea for the area. My only issue with it is that it is not possible to manage the vehicles that are on the account. Recently changed plates on my car and have not been able to change/update that information on the app or website. Reached out to technical support and they could not help either !

While I like the convenience of this app (I never carry change) I feel like they are scamming people. For example, I used it earlier today, I had no idea how long my stop would take so I selected 2 hrs. The physical meter does not show my time, only the app. I came out after 15 mins. There is no way to stop the meter or get refunded the other 105 minutes and since it doesn’t show on the actual meter the next motorist who stops and uses the meter will end up paying AGAIN rather than using my left over time. The company or the city (whoever gets the money) is “double dipping”. That’s just not right.

Hi - Kris with City of Champaign here. Developers are aware of the issue in regards to the iOS update. A new version is ready to go, but we are working with a new Apple App Store site to make it available. We are close to resolution!! The mobile website and the phone number still work and have all your information stored. Thanks for your patience!

The count down after you pay never starts from the time you pay for. It always starts from 59:30 sometimes even 58:00 if you pay for 1 hour. If you guys trying to compensate for the time it takes to park the car thats stupid because when I put quarters in meter it starts from the exact minute. I mean, you already charge us for using this app everytime we put money in the meter. At least give us the time we pay for.
