You must watch tutorial there is no help logging in you simply must know tap empty space and enter device pin where there is no prompt to do so or you will not login and it doesn’t error or tell you what you are missing. Please watch tutorials or be frustrated.

I was excited to learn of the app. But disappointed that it has problems. On the home screen it lists my last test as 11/24. But the history correctly shows my actual last test from 11/28. Oddly, the calculated next test due date on the home screen is based on the 11/28 last test date not the 11/24 date it displays. I also found that when using the app on my iPhone and my iPad the numbers seem to get out of sync. With these discrepancies I can’t justify using the app.

The due date won’t change, and the first scan I did, told me the info was “too old”. 2nd time it worked. Can we get facial ID in the next update. How long does it take til my doc gets the report? Glad I’m not traveling all the way in to town now.

I recently upgraded my iPhone to the XR and now I can’t get the app to open with FaceID. It reads the FaceID but the app just closes after it confirms the FaceID. It worked with TouchID with my 6s prior to my phone upgrade. Is there an update coming to correct this? I take my 93 yo MIL INR weekly and not having to remember the long PIN was very helpful.

This app makes it so easy to report your weekly INR reading. No more phone calls! I also like the historical graph so you can see the trends.
