Lucid Dreaming Hypnosis

I’ve been trying to lucid dream for about six months, without any success. In fact, I have a difficult time even remembering my dreams. Case in point, I can count on one hand how many dreams I’ve recalled since working on this endeavor. Prior to this, I recalled on average one dream, if that, per year. I downloaded this app after waking up at 5am unable to sleep and immediately had a dream. I fell asleep listening to the short induction/ending in sleep track. Although not lucid, it was vivid and I remembered it upon waking up (a small miracle!) so I was able to journal about it. I’m hopeful that this is the first of many dreams I’m able to recall and that I’ll be able to lucid dream soon.

I've got chronic hip pain that has been killing my sleep quality over the last 8 years. I've tried a number of hypnosis apps to induce sleep, but for me they wear off too soon and i wake up. I now use this app every night with a pair of lightweight earbuds. Most nights i fall asleep before she gets into the "down the stairs" routine for relaxation. Occasionally i get through the whole recording before falling asleep, but it's ok I've got it set to repeat the imagery section, and that works as a backup. I've been lucky enough to have about 1 lucid dream a week, love to fly on my own, swim, or drive to meet with friends i haven't seen in a while, being in the air or water is great for reducing my hip pain. Some nights i wake up and have to use this app again, and as a last resort use a recording 'sleep like a log' by paul mckenna. Hope this works as well for you!

I want a refund ... I just downloaded 2 meditations and they are identical?

Sadly, I already own the American English version of this app with the script read by an American male instead of a British female. I've found the other app to be pretty effective helping me sleep and my dreams are more vivid, and when I think back on the content of my dreams I recognize points when I should have realized it was a lucid dream but that I failed to act upon. I think this app is effective, though I've just re-purchased the same app I listen to every night.

Yes, this app will put you to sleep but no, it will not initiate LUCID DREAMS. I got the app so that I could have LUCID DREAMS. After a week or so of using the app I still wasn't having LUCID DREAMS but I was falling asleep. This app is great for putting a person to sleep but not for initiating LUCID Dreams. If you want to have LUCID DREAMS this is what has worked me for me WITHOUT FAIL. A banana and a cup of unsweetened chamomile tea. You don't have to eat the whole banana, just a quarter of it or a third. Do this within an hour of going to bed. My dreams have been so real, I didn't realize I was sleeping until after I woke up. I am attempting to look for clues in the LD that will cue my dream self that I am dreaming. Then I will be able to "develop" the dream the way I choose to develop it. The LD's seem short. I am researching ways to extend the length of the dreams in a natural and safe way.
