I’ve been with Ladbrokes a little over 6 months and don’t ask for no bonus’ or freebies I play my money and don’t expect no favours, yet when u are given something but not actually given🤔 lol u are made to feel like a beggar if u dare question why or how come u weren’t given said bonus? I’ve been told I don’t qualify because of my loyalty level and even there was no such offer available it’s absolutely disgusting and I for one will never contact them regarding anything at all in future I know I don’t matter I’ve only deposited 3 grand in 6 months plenty of richer mugs than me but trust me poor customer service will eventually cost you Ladbrokes, I was told in couple hours my issue would be resolved but it’s gone 6 and this isn’t the first time it’s most definitely the last tho i shall be deleting my account with Ladbrokes and taking my pennies elsewhere if this isn’t sorted tonight lol and I know that won’t happen so looks like I better do bit of research and find a proper site! As for a recommendation lol it’s a no from me !!!

The app is brilliant as I haven’t a clue about how it all works but with the app I find it extremely easy to use and to place the odd bets which I have had quite a brilliant bit of luck with on the horses in 3 days I won just under £400 just putting on a couple of pound bets, not just then but every time I put bets on i always win and with the app it makes it so easy for me to understand so 5 stars from me! Only downside is the amount of texts and notifications on a daily basis it’s far too many , I can see how ppl can get addicted to it as every time I get these notifications and texts about 10/15 a day I’m sooo tempted to go bet again so as before the app is brilliant for the likes of me who hate going into the bookies but plz calm down on the amount of notifications and texts your sending every morn,noob & night DNA4

Been a regular user of the app for a number of years now and never really had any major issues- occasional app meltdowns but that’s to be expected. However, the recent updates over the past week have created more problems and more frequently. - often the app will come up with a blank white screen (no loading or buffering) and will freeze meaning the app has to be restarted. - I no longer receive notifications for bet updates and can’t find any option in settings to enable this feature - often I am unable to place inplay bets as app tells me ‘something has changed’. I come out and retry placing the bet but the same thing happens. Only way to resolve is to restart the app to place the bet - new inplay bet screen with football is confusing (but I put that down to my personal preference on screen layout and I might get used to it) - often there is a delay in winnings being credited back to your account. They bet will display as settled but you won’t receive the funds until much later (making in play betting a nightmare) Hope this gets sorted soon as the only reason I continue to use the app is for my VIP status but will move to another bookies if not addressed.

Once again, I find myself raging at the Ladbrokes app. I had a couple of lines on the international football last night. One of them was a fourfold in which three of my selections came in and my other was down as both teams didn’t score. Not Ladbrokes fault, I understand. My gripe is that the very second two of my selections came up they were suspended for the remainder of the game which in turn made the cash out option unavailable. I likely would’ve used it as well as I was starting to doubt that the team who let me down would score (they didn’t and I lost). This isn’t the first time this has happened with Ladbrokes. It happens all the time. A typical trick is to suspend a game as soon as it kicks off and keep it suspended for the duration of the match. Again this means no cash out option. Get it sorted Ladbrokes or you lose my custom both online and on the street!
