Welp, trying to install for both google and Siri is not an option. I have iOS phones and google assistants in the home. So voice control is not optional. Also you cannot delete the faucet and start over on the konnect app. If you want to turn on your faucet with your phone then it’s ok... not as good as apples home kit tho. So basically the voice feature on this sink is non existent because this app isn’t where it needs to be. If you’re gonna make tech Koehler you probably should get the software to support the hardware. I’d appreciate it.

Set up was very easy, I’ll give them that. My problem is that Siri functionality is reduced to on and off. The faucet has a sensor, why do I need that? I figured I would just use the app for my pre-measured amounts of water. The problem is that I can only ask for whole numbers. 1 cup, 3 cups, etc. Why is there not 1.5 or 1.25 cups? How many recipes call for whole numbers of water? Please add half and quarter cup function to the app! Add that and more HomeKit/Siri integration and you’ve got 5 stars.

I will say the setup worked great. That is why the one star. Design is great as well. However going into an app to pour 8oz of water while standing at a sink is silly. And as for the Alexa integration. Takes to long of a phrase to just pour a small amount of water. Long phrase means more room for error so it doesn’t work correctly more than half the time and just results in frustration. maybe if it worked with the experiences so you could ask it to fill your water bottle and such. I have buyer’s regret for spending so much money on the faucet.

App has major connection issues with iOS 13.3 using iPhone. I spent a lot of money a month ago buying the Kohler Konnect kitchen faucet and still to this day cannot connect to the faucet on my app. A technician just left my house 1hr ago he was able to connect the faucet to my WiFi but that is it. No functionality with Alexa, no smart commands nothing just an expensive TOY!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS APP. Every rating that has been provided has been terrible so far!!!

The new update made this app worst for DTV+. It lost all the presets, they no longer show up on the main screen or any other screens. Google home integration has never worked for me. After calling google, I found out that in their app description for google DTV+ isn’t even mentioned so they think that the shower isn’t even supported. I should have come here to look at these reviews before I bought it and got it installed.
