This app was working fine until I went to open it to pay my bills yesterday and it kept crashing. So then I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Then it had me enter my user name and password all over again, and then it kept saying it was sending me a verification number, but none ever came thru, so I am still locked out!! Very unhappy, and traveling overseas so can’t make phone calls back to NZ.

The colour of the balances is now way too light. I’m not sure if it’s intended to be or a specific implementation on a iPhone XR but it’s so faint, and in actual daylight, while out and about pretty unreadable. Details and goals in super light grey difficult to read in daylight too. Left justified balances and account names with the custom icons/pictures for each account; cluttered and looks clunky. New images/icons for the various transfer menu screen options; clip-art-retro-cool -was that what you were aiming for? It feels a bit like a kids app for fake money, not actual money. Generally a super fan of KB app, but not this version.

Still no Apple Pay why? What happened to automatic Face ID. Now I have click on Face ID. This is not a good change

I am overseas and trying to use the app to make an enquiry about a transaction. No reply after 3 days, even though "Aimee", my secure mail contact, promises to respond within 24 hours. Getting a response would definitely improve my star rating. Other than that the app shows the current balance and transaction history as it should. Nothing exceptional here. Does not feel like a native app which is a downside for a banking app.
