While booking the Vehicle from location other than permanent residence address message of location issue comes as the location do not match with those available in App menu . Better , if Passenger can guide the driver by calling and giving the exact location . But now it is not permitted as per today experience . So I had to book another cab . Help number to book the ride by phone by all ready registered user may be useful and is suggested . Otherwise experience is good .

Drivers never agree for paytm or wallet payment and force you to pay in cash. If you can’t pay in cash, they will directly cancel the request. Also, these people in order to inflate the bill, drive slowly in order to bump on every signal and also, would opt for the longest routes on their wish. Hence, your bill of 50 will sum to 80 in no time. Not to be surprised, the policies are not so stringent in the company to regulate the whims and ill and malpractice of these drivers. Initially the services were good but now it has deteriorated with time. They have even increased the fare. Moreover, the fare always ends up in an odd figure, so when you don’t have change either you have to end up paying 4-5 rs. extra to the already inflated bill, cz their drives surprisingly never have “change and chillers” to give you in return.

App is good I suffered down time various time on it but overall its good. The main problem is related to payment acceptance by riders they always ask whether payment is through cash at the time of booking and mostly they avoid (or say me to cancel) the ride if payment is through digital mode I know auto drivers rely on cash for various reasons but it’s back office job to train them properly and guide them to use digital payment methods. Their main expenses are like petrol gas etc They can easily use the digital money recieved from Custmer over such places. You people should encourage them and teach them how to manage reciepts and expenses recieved through any mode.

In a city like vadodara which is expanding at an amazing rate, this app is like a boon for people commuting to and from extreme ends of the city. Very friendly interface and super easy to use. Using it in Phone 6s and crash rate so far has been zero. Hope it keeps it up. Must have app for those days wen uber and ola apps decide to stall every time or resort to their extortion tactics.

Jugnoo says that for 4 km it will just take 29 rs they are lying to you .. it was my first time in Jugnoo when I riding the ride is just 2km and the driver takes me 70 rs for 2km I complained about that they said you didn’t use any coupon but I applied that coupon..and then it was my 2nd and last time when I call Jugnoo again the ride is of 2km they take me 90 rs and that driver take more passengers with him what is this I will give 90 rs for sitting alone or with the passengers and that driver is abusing to me I complained about that but Jugnoo don’t take any attention I want my money back you fraud peoples
