Goa miles is cheaper then normal taxis which are available and it is very convenient as you can book it from anywhere. I was worried due strike though the cabs were all booked, finally I got a cab from panjim too Airport I reached before expected time. Keep up the good work team. Also the driver who dropped me was very professional. One bug in app rating for app and driver is not visible if by mistake you close the app without giving feedback, it disappears which doesn't allow you to give feedback or rate the app again.

It is really great and helpful app and the rates are much much cheaper as compared to other taxi people and I think those are really cheaters who loooot our hard earned money by charging us 50% more than the Goa miles rates .... I’m thankful to Goa miles and I will refer it to all tourists coming Goa to take taxis through this app as they charge very genuine ... I was quoted from Baga to airport minimum 1600 for ac taxi where as Goa miles charged me only 1100/- and drivers are also good and reliable .. I was quoted at airport up to Benaulim 1100/- whereas Goa miles charged me 620/- only

Honestly Goa miles was a life saver when I was in Goa last week during the ongoing taxi strike. The app is quite easy to use and charges are affordable as compared to private cab owners at dabholim airport and elsewhere in Goa. However the biggest problem is when you book a cab. The app asks for making an online payment without confirming the availability of cab. This leads to your money been deposited in the Wallet just in case there are no cabs available. This can be avoided by asking for payment only after the taxi gets booked.

We used GM to drop our guests at the airport. Even though we heard positive things from our neighbors, we were a bit apprehensive to use. However we decided to go ahead because the proof of the pudding is in the eating!! Our guests were very happy with the service. So we will not hesitate to use GM in future. The driver was excellent! Came on time and very pleasant in his behaviour. We do hope that this continues in the future too and the service gets better and better.

We arrived this morning and booked a cab but the car was no where in site. We called up the cabbie and he said that we would be there in 5 mins but it took him quite sometime to come. We tried calling the help line but no response. Very poor here itself. The driver looked sleepy and we informed him about the same and he agreed as he says we are here 24/7 and hence our number can come any moment resulting in very poor sleep. He was very robust in his driving. Pretty unsafe like here in Goa. Anyways we reached our destination and were happy to be there. Cheers
