Need to improve stability of the stability & performance of the app. And also in calendar flight rate has to be included unable to see the flight rates on a particular date,& need an Apple wallet support.

Stability need to be improved. Its been more than a year I am using this application, but app is crashing all the time. Sometimes feels like disgusting. If you guys developed the mobile app, why don’t you guys make it perfect? While making payment app crashes, for refund I have to wait more than 15 days, who will give interest for 15 days. If you guys can’t improve the app, Remove the app from iOS store. I hope this review make you understand that if you change yourself, that’s great, but if people change you, 100% it will be painful. Why would I use this app when I don’t get an option of both railway and air ticket together ? I can think of Using this app only if I get both option together as in Goibibo , mmt ,etc we have to pay connivence fee over and above irctc charge even in case of railway ticket if u could give us both option I would rather use this app in place of using others. But if developers think people will move to irctc air app just because they know irctc it would be foolish.

We have such brilliant brains in India yet government uses some fried one. Either don’t build the app or if you are building one, you make sure it works properly. And it’s not just the app, even the website has same issue. Last 3hours, it’s showing error only. Please try to improve your website. O rating option should also be there for such apps.
