Love the easy ordering on this app! My one complaint is if there’s an unavailable menu item, it doesn’t tell you which item, it just doesn’t let you place the whole order. This makes ordering very time consuming. I should be able to see what isn’t available so I can easily remove and select another item

I hate this app to be honest. It’s not user-friendly whatsoever. There’s so much text that you don’t know what you’re looking at or what you’ve clicked on. The labels are misleading. If you add additional items to your meal you get charged but it doesn’t update the price at the bottom, making it easier to rack up a huge bill without knowing it until you get to the checkout. And it doesn’t tell you that your additional items cost more until you get the itemized email. I feel like this place is way overpriced as well. Certain things like chili flakes or sesame seeds cost 50 cents extra which is outrageous. Has a pizza shop ever charged anyone for chili flakes? No. These are spices. It should come free. Only ordered Honeygrow today because I had a $10 credit. Otherwise, this is my last choice for a place to eat. The food isn’t worth the aggravation.

I stopped using the app because it doesn't have an option to request your stir-fry base on the side. Even at the kiosks inside the stores there's no option to ask for rice or noodles on the side. You have to order, then ask someone to make it differently. The last 3 times I ordered and asked for rice on the side I ended up getting an extra container of food for free because they didn't separate it and made it again and gave me the extra. If you had the option to ask for something on the side you wouldn't waste money.

The app isn’t working correctly. There is no longer an option to buy a fountain soda. The only way to get it is to go to the kiosk which defeats the purpose of using the app for mobile ordering. Also, it no longer remembers your last order, so you can no longer just re-order the same thing without doing a full entry of a new order. This used to be so easy to order the same thing in 5 seconds. Not sure why these are both no longer working but I may go somewhere else that has a working app and store near me for lunch.

This app is confusing and difficult to use. You can only order one salad at a time. Sometimes you will go through the entire order and you will receive a null notification. The old app was much easier to use. I sometimes order elsewhere because using this app is stressful and frustrating.
