The app itself is intuitive with drivers responding to your request within moment’s notice. All you need to do is inputting your pick up point and destination, setting all delivery details and waiting for a minute or two. Soon, a driver will ring you and a van will pop up normally within 15 min. You can choose to ride on the van with your goods or not. Nice app and good service! Most drivers are friendly. App Recommended to other Hong Kongers.

App interface is friendly and simple, but confusing between making an appointment and get a van from preferred time . Not obvious from the menu. But overall experience was smooth.

Be sure you will not get their service ever in need. They ask you to feed the destination in advance , which is quiet normal, But they will share that with the driver in advance. So if the distance is not LONG the driver will not accept it. As a result you will never get a service As they write that if you have luggage negotiate with the driver for door to door service. Where these rude drivers ask exorbitant money. Pure cheat My personal experience is A work for which GOGOVAN asked 85HKD travel cost and the driver asked 2000HKD for support for shifting of some household furniture, I got the work done in just 800HKD TOTAL all inclusive. I have used App based van and taxi services in other countries. Here GOGOVAN is not at all customer friendly. It is only driver friendly Just because these people do not have any competition, they are enjoying the monopoly Still in old age concepts

The first time I used the app, had a great driver he was very helpful. The second time, had a guy try to totally rip me off. He complained the address wasn’t what he thought it was-too bad, I correctly input the address of exactly where I was, he grabbed the job without looking. They he whined about how he helped unload boxes-I didn’t ask him to. I paid him what the app said plus road tolls, and blocked him.

首次使用這app,個師傅完全無經驗又接單！ 只搬一張床和一張書桌都做唔到！ 一早比哂相同問在佢多次工具齊備才好接 一人「師傅」上到去搬一半出左門口先話搞唔掂唔做，搬反入屋！😡😡😡😡😡😡🔥🔥🔥🔥 仲覺得無野笑茄茄話你張床什麼什麼！浪費時間😡 亂泊車不繳付停車場費！要，以後不會用他們！保留追究所有損失的權利😡 First time download and use this app. HORRIBLE!! I just order to move one bed rack and desk from one place to another. Given photos and descriptions before confirmation, worker insisted he can manage and know how to find necessary equipment needed. Then finally I didn’t wait other quote as it’s urgent case. Upon moving half way out of the apartment already in lift lobby , the worker called and he claimed that he could’t manage by himself and my bed was made of blah blah blah ..and said will move back to the house. He was laughing , this attitude was awful and super unprofessional. And he left without paying the car park fee. I reserve the right to claim back any lost cause by all the mis-handling.
