Get It Done San Diego

I heard of this app when I called in to report a traffic light problem. I now submitted a street sweeping and a bike path flod ticket. Let's see if they will get addressed. The app demonstrates that the city wants to make it easier to report issues, and it's doing just that. Please don't rate the app low if you don't get an issue resolved. The app is pretty basic, does exactly what it's supposed to do. Thank you for it, keep up the good work!

App works well, simple to use and most convenient way to report needs for services. However, I wish they update it so you can edit your entries. Right now, after submission, I can’t find a way to edit my reports which would probably help the city by knowing if something is resolved before they get to it. Thanks

This app is worthless. I've now reported Ollie/Venus street near me several times as being a complete disgrace and all this app does is delete my reports and nothing gets fixed. The streets I report are completely covered in tired/rim bending potholes as well as a dumping ground for old cars and people living in beat up RV's. Have also noticed recently that the app or whoever runs it just goes through and "closes" ALL reports at the same time without anything getting fixed. With some of the highest taxes in the country I'd love to know where the hell our money goes bc it certainly isn't to infrastructure.

I have been using the app for several months reporting things I find on my walks that need attention - particularly sidewalks, graffiti, street lighting. IT WORKS. The city has been responsive including feedback on the status of my reports. Everyone interested in their neighborhood should have this app on their phone!

Ok, so I was very skeptical of the speed and efficiency of the city’s response on this app, but I have been uber impressed. The app is quirky, but the thing works. I have submitted over 10 reports, and all of them (with 1 exception) have been resolved in a matter of days!! I wish more San Diegans used this app!
