I really do appreciate these types of applications because they are very simple to use although the claim was just submitted I hope that I get the same five star response and this company comes out to do their due diligence and either remove the stain or make the best choice for my very expensive furniture. 18 Wayz

The app is fantastic. The only recommendations I would make is the selection choices are complicated and not easy to pick what the issues are. Something as easy as “Couch” isn’t a selection but Sofa is. Or selecting the back of the cousin has a tear I couldn’t find any selections that were like that. It would be more user friendly if the selections were simplified. Pick item (if possible limit to only items already covered) then related to that item display only selections related to that item. But other than that the app was easy to use and worked great.

Bait and switch scam. I purchased a bed from Wayfair. Had it for a year and a half but a piece of the support beam chipped when we moved. Didn’t think much of it until we finished setting everything up. We laid on it and the wood beam broke. I thought whatever.. I purchased warranty on it. Boy was I wrong. Went through the app. Took them 2 weeks to respond (Covid-19) and all it got was this is “not covered under our terms and condition”. Read it over and over and it is DEFINITELY covered. Called the number. Went through the whole automated system to only be told that they are not taking calls.

I’ve bought a number of rugs from Macy’s and bought the protection plan from this company. I have dogs and was told this would cover any cleaning if the rugs got soiled. They stated that they would either send a cleaning product out or send someone to professionally clean the spots. Unfortunately one of my dogs got sick and had a couple of accidents on one of the rugs. Numerous attempts were made to get either this covered. Every one was denied. It’s a joke. Don’t waste your money getting a warranty from this company. They will not honor it.

We bought coverage on an outdoor furniture umbrella in 2017. We had a wind and rain storm the blew our umbrella out of the table it was mounted in and broke the mechanism and one of the arms. Once I got the receipt number from Macy’s, I called to file a claim. The process was simple. The app worked clearly and without a hitch. Very pleasant process.
