I’ve read what others said, but I had no issues with points transfer. And this is way easier than the old program. I can’t wait until the online ordering is available.

Recently I was told I needed an app to earn my points, I got the app and signed in. No pointes were transferred. On top of that, the store was having issues with their system so I didn’t earn points for that visit. They told me I could earn them using my receipt, I didn’t realize until it was too late they didn’t provide me with the right receipt for me to earn my points (only got the credit card transaction receipt.) Also no one will respond if you attempt to reach them.

Online ordering now available in the app- I used my points and one of my coupons really easily seamlessly. Love Genghis and agree this is 1000% better than Khans Rewards before.

I love the app. I can see my point total and whether or not I have a reward quickly rather than having to go online and check. I also really like how I can scan my receipt to earn points for my purchase.

I’ve known for the last few visits that the GG card wasn’t being used any longer. Downloaded the app and it asked if I wanted to migrate my rewards from an account. I’ve tried dozens of times and it keeps coming up error that email is already in use. Even though it’s asking for the email associated with the account. I know I have a lot of points. So frustrating. I much preferred the card.
