Freedar.uk

Freedar is a great app now it has had the latest update. Previous to that there were blank screens, or no action on the map. I love the fact that you can track Military aircraft. It would be helpful if there were more comprehensive instructions on how to use the app, though. Next release?

Seems very hard to navigate the maps and is very slow to respond to me trying to live the maps. Would be happy to pay a small fee if it meant this could be improved. Also just had 3 Chinook helicopters fly over which were not shown. I’m guessing that not all military aircraft will be on there? Thanks

Disappointed with the app after reading so much good stuff about it. It’s very, very slow to open, even slower to populate. Sometimes doesn’t load at all. Only ever see a few aircraft over the entire UK and yes I’ve tried all the settings and all the receivers. Given up using it now as it is unusable. The icons are way too small, the menus are way too small, the text is way too small.

Can be very difficult to move the map some times; however, it’s a decent app. With a few improvements it could become one of the best radar apps.

Very Slow app even when connected to very fast fibre optic broadband. Not the Hardwares fault, definitely the software. Waste of time in my opinion. Even on all my friends phone it’s the same. The developers blame the handset which is a load of crap as every other app I’m using is fine and very fast. Definitely don’t recommend.
