I call up ur call centre and they recommend me to use the app - after I clearly specify the details of my requirement and trip. It displays 2800+ in the app while booking. Madipakkam to melmaruvathur. While dropping the bill shows 4095 and I am expected to pay it without surprise. WHY? Because I booked it under “outstation” category. What the hell was the customer care person doing during my enquiry call by not specifying their “business intricacies” and customer has to pay for it. Best part is ur call being disconnected by the same customer care again when u try to launch a complaint. THEY JUST DONT WANT TO HEAR U! Brilliant!! I am told to share the booking details so that they can do the needful. I would like to know what that “needful” is ??

One day I have booked a cab (Driver name karpagamoorthy TN02BF2556).. the ride showed it will arrive in 3minutes.. I waited for 10minutes ..when I called the driver he said he will come in 2minutes.. but he didn’t come .. when I searched for the cab he was luxuriously sitting in a hotel and was having breakfast.. I asked him why should he take a ride when he was about to have food.. he said he had 10minutes to pickup me and u call the customer service and ask them .. when I called the customer care centre they said he will come in another 10minutes irresponsibility... I don’t know why you people are running a cab service ?????... now I understoood why u failed in cab service ... u will fail again I’m saying if no action is taken against such irresponsible people ... act before storm ... Don’t download this fast track app people .. waste app and service ..

This is a rubbish app. Especially after the last update I am unable find my own home location which I had pinned correctly earlier. Now all the pinned locations are gone. Unable to find pick up location. How do you expect anyone to use this app? And if we call customer service they ask us to cancel the booking from app and book over the call. The fare gets jacked up after phone booking. The app never guides the driver regarding pick up and drop location. We have to guide the driver end to end. Why do you even have this app in place?

This is the only company which goes backward with technology changes. They shutdown their old app which accepted digital cash and released an app which only accepts cash payment. Looks like one of the stupid cash only drivers of Chennai wrote this app out of frustration and gave them. What’s the worth of this app when it’s just the same as your call center. Upgrade with technology and teach the same to your drivers.
