Best and safe online shopping but I hope Fanmart can improve/update on this 4 suggestions 1st - 3 days for confirm "order received" is too short. Sometimes buyer not at home due to vacation or sent at office or somewhere else. Appreciate if can extend to 4-6 day so if we noy receive or item damage can report issue. 2nd - Hope can have a button/make it able to copy shipping tracking number so that we can copy and track on external tracking such as poslaju tracking website as tracking in Fanmart sometimes doesn't show full such as transit location. 3rd - please help to ensure or make rule to seller as I had encounter many time place order and then need to cancel order after payment due to seller doesn't update stock (shown have 100++ stock but when had order, there is no stock/sold out). this make us need request order cancellation and need wait seller approval and then wait for the money refund. 4th - In cancellation request, make an option to cancel due to seller stock is out/sold out and make this cancellation request refund always free of fees. Hope Fanmart customers services/development team will help to have this suggestion and complaints as soon as possible as I'm one of buyers that frequently buy from Fanmart. Others is perfect. thanks in advance.

I've been shopping online since before.. been learning with some newbie website money maker from malaysia.. but so far, Fanmart is the best, we don't have to pay any postage for item that we had shopped RM30 above.. delivery was fast, no hustle and no pening2 to choose which postage airline or shipping to used.. and if we didnt like the seller or the product or the delivery that takes too long, we can easily ask for money return. Just be a bit 'rajin' to study or to search which item has the lowest price and best quality by reading the comments.. but so far, i have no problem using Fanmart.. the apps also easy to use. Been shoping for my family Hari Raya items in shopping. And now i'm moving to my new house. Couldnt wait to shops more things from Fanmart.. ????

The 1st time I puchased online is through ebay. But very seldom coz I was not an online shopper back then. The I knew lazada, 11street, Fanmart and started to browse for items online. For me, Fanmart is the best platform. I never uninstall it, not like lazada n 11street n others, I download to survey price but end up unistalled it several times. Only Fanmart can satisfied me for online shopping in term of easy browsing, payment, chating, item description and others. Once I faced an issue whereby one item from China not yet updated in system for long time and seller said parcel lost during shipment. So Seller asked me to cancel but I couldn't coz I cancelled before. Fanmart refunded to me after finished the extended guarantee, no need for me to report directly to Fanmart for refund. Excellent!!

For people that love to shop online, you can trust this app. I personally love this app and I've been making several purchasing so far and I'm satisfied with their service. Their instructions to purchase is very simple and easy to understand. Some seller need you to check with them by chat function for availability of their product before proceed with order so make sure you read their description very carefully. The app also provides free shipping for some products. Pretty cool. Overall, everything went well for me. Only one problem that the app crashes sometimes this week. Perhaps the team can help to fix the problem. Thank you.
