Hi UNIQLO. I couldn’t open your app because it keeps on asking me to correct the time on my device. Yes, I purposely set the time on my to be 20 minutes faster, and it’s for my own convenience and I like it just the way it is. So please fix this or else I may have to uninstall it. Thank you. Ps: I never have any problem logging in before and I don’t understand why this happens now

The apps should have a “like” button instead of straight add to cart. Easy for us to trace what item previously is My Like instead need to browse through all over again. Sometimes the Like button is easy when we have view it and would like to find it in-store or to show the staff there. Hope can improve the apps further.

Happens too often and my order will be stuck on pending for payment status. There are no ‘pay now’ button so it’s a gamble whether your payment will go through or not and if it fails, your order will be automatically cancelled. Therefore you’ll have to make a new order so if you used a one-time-use only voucher, say goodbye to your voucher as it will no longer be valid:) In conclusion, it is safer to use the web version instead of this poorly developed app.

Was holding high expectation when UNIQLO launches its app and promote it all across the stores. And hence it explains the huge disappointment when I started clicking around and later realised it is a shopping app than a catalogue. Please please improve the UX and UI experiences simply by making a simplified and easy to understand layout. Because it’s very confusing and I have no idea where to start. Please ensure the photos are in its category, there are some boy photos appearing in girls sessions.

The app is very lousy, if you ordered & having issues ie payment, they will blocked the orders. You can’t go to the orders to complete the payment. The customer service keep asking me to reorder, but all the time you will see the stock is gone after they blocked your orders. Very frustrated & the customer only can tell u to keep trying. Instead of asking user to keep trying, please improve yourself! 🤬
