Worst app ever, not worth getting. There network connection is down and it’s telling me that My device is currently unable establish a network connection, but every other app and websites my phone connected to them without any problem. Worst app ever, deserves no star at all, it’s a total disrespect to the other apps that are out there functioning perfectly well with a 1 star rating. I made a recurring payment on the first of April and for some reason it takes 15 days to pay my child support and I made another payment on the 5th of April and and that one was paid for on the 10th of April, which doesn’t make any sense, might as well pay with a check. Do not waste your time getting this app.

They are great at taking money from your account sometimes as much as 4 or 5 days before it’s due. Customer service literally can’t do anything to help except send you a new password link and then hang up. Spoiler alert: it takes 10 minutes to arrive and it still doesn’t work. Then you get to do the entire process over again. By now you can see where this is going. It finally worked the third time and then it wouldn’t allow me to make the necessary changes. Pointless!

This company chatted with me why my payment wasn’t process for Wisconsin child support. It takes 7 business days after being submitted. Submitted payment on 1st and might make it by 10th. Slowest process of making a payment by check. Company needs to recognize and make improvements. Terrible we’re almost in 2020! Avoid using this company at all cost.

I’m a contractor that deploys overseas regularly, I use this app when I’m stateside to make CS payments because I do not receive paychecks when I’m home. But if you don’t logon every month your deactivated. Why? This doesn’t make much sense. 180 days maybe. This app has been the biggest pain to try and keep up to date overseas. Add Touch ID. My fingerprint to pull my password should be more than sufficient for a security measure.

If I could give it a negative 5 star review I most certainly would. I haven't even had the opportunity to log into the app to properly diagnose the issues that other people are complaining about due to the constant crashing during loading. Someone really stupid must've designed this app.
