I've been working with ETS under someone else's will for two years now. It's less than desirable.
The two 5 star reviews must be people who work for ETS or are married to people who do. This app is a perfect duplicate of their mobile web page of which they have been passing off as their "app" for the two years I've been here. It's nearly useless. If you have to charge an item to the work order, it can't be done on here. If you want to get notified of work or alerts on here, guess what, you're still stuck getting an email. No notifications at all on this app. It's an app that is meant for tenant work. You have just added steps between a tenant finding a water leak an me getting alerted to it.
I don't want to be that guy on here pointing out how bad ETS is. But they have given no choice. Every time we ask if something can be done in any way other than what they already have in place, we get told there is either a work around or no work around. Meaning they won't make alterations to better their product. They only look for alternatives to what you really need. Then the questions get ignored. Work around seems to be the training they all have. I've never gotten any other answer when asked if something can be done differently.
We had Angus anywhere for a long time. Then our nation wide property company wanted to go universal on all their properties. One work order system was chosen and had come with a lot of promises. But we had major issues from day one. At the very least those guys tried to fix the issues and made some major steps doing so. But ultimately they were deemed to be unreliable and unable to meet our needs. So we the company went to ETS. Again we were promised all this great stuff and bells and whistles......I wish we could go back to the crap company we had before ETS. They at least worked with us to better the system. And as much complaining as I heard from my co-workers about Angus, they all praise the Angus system compared to this pile of "look, it's a fancy looking tenant portal" well that's great how can it do this for the tenant?" Well it can't. But if you do these ten steps and remake a second profile, it's kind of close to what you're asking for!"

I am disappointed to hear you haven’t had a great experience with this app. Push notification is in the works and I have added your charging suggestion to our list of new ideas.
