My company uses this system for our tenants and on the computer it’s great and user friendly. On the app it’s good as well but very slow. Currently my work order list says 25 but there isn’t a single work order submitted. It takes too long to load the new incoming work.

Any notes after a certain number of characters is not viewable by the user. I am also now unable to login. An update with bug fixes is needed badly in my opinion. This is a good app when it works. Most if not all of the people I know who use this app are not having any problems except for the notes issue.

This app desperately needs a "refresh" button. Too many times I've opened the app to find old work orders, or nothing when I knew there was something. Please fix.

So I deal with this app 5 day out of the week now they have made some ok changes to the app in looks alone, but ever since the upgrade there has been plenty of problems. I.E ticket don't come in till hours later, can't complete ticket from your phone, when closed from a computer the tickets don't close on your phone. Just some of the problems I deal with now 5 days a week the older version was much better!

Good App! Definitely comes in handy!
