I signed out of my account, but looked at the email i used before i logged out. I tried to log back in but i forgot my password, so i hit password reset and put my email in that I used. I’m not getting and email password reset. It could be because the email does not exist with an account but I made sure it was that email before logging out. So, i tried to make a new account but it won’t let me because my phone is already registered to one. But if i don’t know my email or my password how do I fix that problem. Please help as I had rewards and points saved up. Or help me make a new account.

I tried using this app for the first time about a year ago but I deleted it almost immediately because it wouldn’t recognize my address for delivery—ended up calling the store to order in the meantime. I re-downloaded it recently because I heard they started doing rewards but the app is still pretty buggy. I WAS able to successfully place an order for delivery but it took 3-times longer than it would have taken to just call the store... The slow loading times were the most frustrating part.

I have an account, it should know what I am doing. I walked 6 blocks to pick up a sandwich, and there was no receipt in the bag. Lost my points!!!! This app is not “there yet”. The various buttons appear at the bottom before you are allowed to push them. And they cover the order criteria. I don’t want to have to put in my name and email address every time I order a sandwich—I have an account, remember? I don’t want to put in my credit card information every time either. I WAS going to order with the credit card as I had put it all in on my last order, but it want the information again, so I decided to pay at the store. I cancelled my payment and it cancelled the entire order and I had to start again. I would love the convenience of the app, but it takes longer to enter the order than it does to stand in line at the store... Plus today, I lost my points. I was not offered a receipt. I assumed it was in the bag—nope! 😡

Ordering function works ok. Unfortunately it is impossible to get your points added to your account using the scan receipt or enter the barcode option. I have contacted support multiple times and have now stopped receiving responses. Can’t use the rewards within fun app either, they need to be used in store, which is unfortunate when trying to use the app to order. This app needs help!

I prefer apps to ordering online, and this app does just what I need it to. I migrated my original sandwich society rewards account to this app and it transferred smoothly and kept my previous point balance. Also the food is frickin delicious and everything that places like Jimmy John’s should aspire to be!
