Enroll MHC

It does what I need it to do., but when are they going to update it to work with the iPhone X full screen? A lot of apps have been updated & it upsets me how long the iPhone X has been out & developers haven’t updated to take advantage of the full screen... When they do I’ll re-review & update my star rating. thanks!

In order to truly complete my application I need to upload some documents and I have to do them on the computer, because this app lacks that function. In the app when I click on documents I am only given the camera option, and I really expected to photograph every page from my tax return instead of simply forward a PDF document?

This app is worthless, broken trash. Whenever I try to upload the documents I need to confirm my identity, it crashes. I cannot use the camera to photograph my documents, and I cannot use the website to submit them either. I am thus not able to complete my application, which is what this app is built for. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Fix it.

If your phone customer support services are going to be so terrible, the least you can do is focus your efforts on having an up to date and bug free app. I am trying to enroll and at the last page to submit it tells me that my signature doesn’t match the name on file??? And it’s been saying this for two weeks now... FIX THIS

I like how accessible they it was! A lot better than having to be on a call on hold for a long time. I think i preferred logging in on a computer, but the app is very helpful!
