Emprise Bank Mobile

I’ve been an Emprise customer for nearly 8 yrs. I love the high quality customer service and the way someone is always there, always friendly and ready to assist me. My parents have banked here for over 30yrs. I recommend Emprise bank to all my family and friends!

I’ll make this short and sweet. Please bring Emprise Bank credit card accounts to the app.. maybe a whole separate app or combining it with this app would be way more convenient! There’s a lot of bugs with the current app. Sometimes the Face ID doesn’t work. Sometimes I can’t even access the account at all... it has the potential to be so much more

Every interaction with Emprise, either by phone or at the drive-through, has been most pleasurable. You have the most friendly and helpful employees. I have accounts at another institution. They need to take lessons from you.

On an iPhone XS Max, the camera button is cut off by the notch. It seemed like a few updates back that suddenly the camera button was at the top of the phone instead of the bottom. It makes it awkward to snap a photo for deposit.

Can’t send money, can’t pay bills, and can’t do automatic bill payments unless I call customer service. How is it easier to use this app if I have to call customer service for everything? Plus I made an account and I couldn’t login because it told me my login was invalid multiple times. Oh yeah you have to call and get that activated too because it won’t do it even when you sign up online. This app is TRASH. Moving to Wells Fargo was the best thing I ever did.
