TWO things that should be implemented ASAP. A) feedback option. I recently bought an egg salad sandwich and the egg was a very odd texture which completely ruined the sandwich for me (the egg made squeaky noses when I chewed it). I opened the app to report this and was surprised to find no place to offer feedback about their products. B) When I open the app, there are three options in the contact us selection (request product, ask for refund, questions about account). Keep in mind you are signed into your account on the app. Each contact selection requires me to manually fill in fields which should be auto populated (I.e., email address, account number, etc.). Other than these two things, it is a very user friend app.

I loved using this app because I’m in security and I can’t get my own company kitchen card for the building I’m in. Usually I never have problems with the app but now I can’t sign in I have deleted and reinstalled this thing 4 times! and I’m still locked out. I can sign in on a computer just fine but not from my phone. I hope this helps and also hope you guys actually update the app and read comments so I’m not just wasting my time posting this.

Not sure why everyone is having issues... downloaded app, created an account, and everything is working fine. I'm logged in and have had no issues.... at least so far ;) 5 stars, but could change if I experience the same issues as the people below. Very nice app! Intuitive and easy to navigate.

Had the app on my iPhone 6. Just upgraded my phone and it won’t let me log in. I can log in fine on the computer’s website. Changed the password, reinstalled the app, powered off the phone. Tech support just says they don’t find any issues on my account. Update-don’t use special characters in your password. Once I changed my password to eliminate the character it would let me log in.

Check your account balance, top up, view transaction history and nutrition information. Everything is very clear, clear and honest. I trust this application and recommend that everyone should use it.
