HuHot Rewards

Shonyn was an attentive and quick reacting waitress she is a wonderful asset for this location. The food was well cooked and the seasonings are beyond belief in variety and quality. Layton’s “unique” intersection is the only drawback. It makes access to Hu Hot difficult. A great dining experience and good luck in the future.

HuHot is typically great and we go there at least monthly. The app, however, is nearly useless because half the time the servers don’t credit your account and there’s no way you can confirm if they did. You have to look at your account a few days later and - surprise! - you have the same number of points you did before. Talking to them about it is just as useless as the app. So enjoy the food but go download something else.

my bf and i always come here and it’s the best thing ever. we just found out about the rewards program so we’re looking forward to some free stuff! love this place 12/10 always. :^)

Now I don’t have to get on the internet to check my points. I am glad they finally got an app!

App freezes up or times out. Tried to check in yesterday and app did not respond after multiple attempts. Resulted in wasting time with the waitress to try to claim my rewards. Don’t bother with this app- too many problems.
