After having spent time working with this app, I am glad to say that this is definitely better than the previous app. For starters, the app isn’t just a boring grey color palette anymore. It might not seem like a lot to most people, but adding color to this makes it seem like less of a chore to check my balances. Another thing that is great, is that the app loads incredibly quick! The old app took forever to load my accounts, and heaven forbid that I actually wanted to look at my account history past a week. If I would want to do that it would have taken me at minimum 3 extra minutes which is quite a lot when having a full schedule. With the new app the accounts load up almost immediately, which lets me know if I do need to transfer any money to checking before I go get groceries or anything. Between these optimizations and plenty of other new features, this app has definitely earned its 5 stars.

This app was fine the first couple of days. Now the app will not even fully load on the main login page. I can’t get signed in to check my accounts. Been logging in on the website for years and now that option is gone. Please make it so you can login on the normal website so when the app is down, which if like the old app it will be, people can still check their accounts!

I wish it said somewhere that once you link one account, it’s hard to link another. I appreciate the security of it, but I miss going on the app through my phone rather than the computer, which I rarely did prior. UI is much easier though aside from that.

Used to enjoy using the old app until you took the ability to make payments to your own cccu credit cards off of it and now this new app won’t even let me log in or use my account at all we waited soo long for this update just for it not to work and the old one that did work has been deactivated and leaves us with out service at all if you try to call the office your lucky if you get to talk to some one .... I think it’s funny how my friends with smaller banks have more functional apps That have more features and ease of use than this .....

This app rarely loads my account correctly the first time. To navigate back and forth between pages I usually have to completely exit the app and try again. When it doesn’t work at all I no longer have the option to be able to login to the website to see my account. The old app worked way better than this new one. Extremely frustrated at this point as this has been out for a few months and it doesn’t seem like attempts are being made to fix these things!
