Ok I found this app while looking for another one Looked at it thought it might be useful as a back up to my Sprint Repay app Clear called me to set up home phone service but I have no internet at home only on my phone So just like the 1st time they called and told me I could get the app set up since I have no home internet and I got transferred & was on hold for some time and again no transfer just hold then my call dropped I then recalled them and it went to voice mail saying No One was available to take my call So since that had happened TWICE it tells me that their service might not be worth using YES I’m profoundly hearing impaired and can’t understand calls that is why I use either text or a relay service but text doesn’t work for returning landline calls so you need a live person to speak with whoever the landline call was from Clear’s app looked nice for a backup, but if CS is this tacky I don’t see a need to go through the hassle So 👎🏻👎🏻 on Clearcaptions cause of poor CS Might give them one more shot then that’s it

It works when u make a call and I have a number but it doesn't ring when someones calling. Transcripts is ok and a little practical if it were up to speed otherwise no. If someone you know phones you may have patience with you then this may work. I was pretty excited about this product until I met this design flaw. Oh well.. Back to InnoCaption I go.

The app makes it easy to feel comfortable and confident using my mobile phone. I no longer have to worry about not being able to hear well or missing something when I’m on my mobile.
